Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Supavut Industry's CSR policy aims to help and support the community along with ensuring that ethical and international standards are understood and followed. Supavut Industry are aware of responsibilities that indirectly surround any large company, and actively embrace those responsibilities with spirit and an active and positive attitude. A program of new and ongoing projects and strategies is in place to engage and support social issues, employees and the environment.
There are professional management policies across the whole company to ensure not only the most productive outcomes, but also a workforce that has full support and a team ethic both in and out of the workplace. Care within society is an integral part of Thai culture and we use our business experience to effectively direct support and resources to provide and prioritize the very best care and support both within the company and for the community as a whole.
Company Activites and Events
Team building and effective communication are important to Supavut Industry. We strive to give our employees a feeling of value and contribution throughout all company departments and on the factory floor.
There is a yearly program of events and social activities aimed at bringing all departments together in more of a social setting. We aim to include health, fitness, fun or even a competitive element in our activities to encourage interaction and some kind of personal benefit for everyone.
Staff Training
The Supavut Industry training policy has high priority. We value staff training and awareness in areas of safety in particular. Our policy is to provide and update issues surrounding the company on a regular basis to provide safe working practices and to ensure staff are safe and aware in their day-to-day working environment. Exercises and drills are included to keep safety awareness in focus.
